Another glorious Humboldt kind of day greeted around fifty riders in Blue Lake this morning. While we show only 40 riders on the roster, they were joined by a substantial number of non-registered folks along for the ride. As planned, the group rode off almost promptly at 10:00 a.m. Humboldt time.

The first group of riders to cross the line turned in a blistering time of 1:56:42. That's an average of over twenty miles per hour, very impressive gentlemen.

There were no injuries, and only two (okay three if you count the second flat tire for Ansel) mechanical malfunctions.

Oh, and the party at the brewery afterward was as good as it gets.
