MEMBERSHIP BENEFITS

Trail advocacy groups exist to serve the public interest and being a member of such groups makes community action possible. Being an RCMBA member empowers a collective effort focused on achieving land access to create riding/volunteer experiences for a growing community with an already rich regional cycling heritage and encourages recreational opportunities that can stimulate our local economy. There are some other perks to being a member that you may not know about, and we thank the following companies for providing member benefits:

Accidents happen and sometimes are serious enough to be flown to the nearest emergency medical center. This leads to huge expenses, so AirMedCare Network is offering $20 off of their air ambulance insurance for RCMBA members. They have two insurance options available: One option covers the air ambulance ride to the emergency medical center, the other insurance option also covers the flight home as well. If any of this interests you, check out this flyer for more information or fill out an application to send in. Still aren’t convinced? Maybe read this article about a mountain biker who found himself in a life and death situation if it wasn’t for having an air ambulance to his rescue.
